Emirati developer Danube Properties, recognized as one of the three largest real estate companies in the United Arab Emirates, has taken a significant step toward European expansion by partnering with Spanish startup eVoost AI.
With more than $4.5 billion in assets, Danube seeks to market premium properties in various countries, including Spain, Germany, France, and the United Kingdom, as well as expand into markets in Romania, Hungary, Russia, Turkey, and the United States.
Sunil Nair, Director of International Sales at Danube Properties, noted that the company currently sells 40 apartments per day and expects that the technology provided by eVoost AI will enable it to scale operations in European markets, optimizing its reach without the need to increase its sales force.
Thanks to this agreement, Danube Properties will be able to sell directly to European buyers through an innovative platform that integrates eVoost’s market knowledge, offering agent intelligence and multilingual assistance.
This strategy not only seeks to facilitate the purchase of properties, but also to connect with an international audience increasingly interested in investing in real estate.
