- The agreement covers the sale of up to 80 homes in Arturo Soria, Carabanchel, and Embajadores
- eVoost’s technology will manage the entire sales process, from marketing to signing, using AI
Abauco and the Abu Dhabi-based Spanish start-up eVoost have signed a $35 million agreement to market three of the developer’s new residential projects in Madrid. The agreement between the two companies covers the marketing of up to 80 homes in the Arturo Soria, Carabanchel, and Embajadores neighborhoods using an artificial intelligence platform.
The first two projects, located at López de Hoyos 247 and José Garrido 7, are already available on the market. eVoost’s technology automates real estate sales through a digital and autonomous system using agents integrated into the web, WhatsApp, voice, and social networks. The platform is capable of generating personalized experiences and offers 24/7 support in multiple languages.
In this way, eVoost will manage the entire sales process, from marketing to contract signing, thanks to artificial intelligence, data, and predictive marketing. The company claims that these tools can help developers sell more quickly.
