Open Positions
We're building the intelligence layer powering real estate execution. Find your place on the team.
The Mission
Maximize the performance of active projects once they're in market. Your responsibility begins where launch ends: continuous optimization of funnels, performance, and conversion. You don't launch new projects — you make the existing ones better. And to do it, you lead an execution team.
What You'll Do
- Active project optimization — Own the continuous improvement of live funnels. Monitor CPL, CPA, conversion and LTV, detect deviations and act on tactical adjustments without waiting for approvals.
- Performance management — Oversee paid media campaigns across Meta, Google and other channels. Propose and run continuous tests: creatives, audiences, landing pages and nurturing flows. Manage paid media budgets exceeding €30k/month across multiple projects.
- Full-funnel analysis — Understand the end-to-end journey from first click to contract signing. Calculate by traffic source, identify bottlenecks and prioritize where impact is greatest.
- Execution team management — Assign tasks, follow up and unblock when things stall. You manage the execution, not the career structure of your reports.
- Reporting — Generate weekly and monthly reports per project. Identify patterns across typologies, markets and channels. Escalate deviations with concrete proposals.
Scope
Ownership
- Performance of all live projects
- Day-to-day execution team management
- Tactical optimization decisions
- Tests, bidding, landing & ad changes
- Performance reporting with action proposals
Out of Scope
- GTM definition or new project launches
- Hiring, firing or formal evaluations
- Global revenue or commercial strategy
- Portfolio-level project prioritization
You Might Be a Fit If
- 2–3+ years in performance marketing (Google Ads, Meta Ads) optimizing CPA/CPL in multi-account environments. You master GA4, Meta Business Manager and HubSpot.
- You've managed paid media budgets of €30k+/month without losing control over KPIs.
- You prefer an imperfect test that runs today over a perfect test that takes two weeks.
- You've coordinated execution teams and know how to unblock without formal authority.
- You understand that in real estate the customer journey is long — analytical patience matters more than quick wins.
Honest Signal
You'll be frustrated if your thing is pure strategy and GTM design from scratch. Here you improve what's already running. If you don't enjoy reviewing dashboards and making incremental adjustments daily, this role won't motivate you.
Details

What We Offer
- Competitive salary + equity options
- Flexible schedule
- Occasional remote work
Nice to Have
- WordPress / Elementor
- Make or Zapier automations
- Hotjar or Clarity
The Mission
Guarantee two things with real ownership:
- Internal system architecture (Notion, Drive, Jira) — Ensure knowledge is structured, updated and findable in under two minutes.
- Project onboarding & delivery — Be the bridge between the developer and the internal factory, making sure everything production needs arrives on time and complete.
Your impact isn't measured in leads or conversion. It's measured in less operational friction, projects that don't start blind, and production kickoffs with complete inputs on schedule.
What You'll Do
- Project document onboarding — Collect documentation from the developer per project. Validate completeness and usability. Chase and unblock when information is missing. Maintain the project Factsheet and living documentation in Notion.
- Implementation coordination — Feed production (MarTech + Tech) with clear, complete inputs. Manage the technical requirements checklist (CRM, integrations, feeds, access). Coordinate timelines and organize go-live readiness handovers.
- Architecture & maintenance — Be the custodian of how knowledge and workspaces are organized. Design coherent structures per client/project. Standardize templates and SOPs. Run quarterly audits.
Scope
Ownership
- Architecture of internal spaces (Notion/Drive/Jira)
- Templates and SOPs
- Structural audits and cleanup
- Document onboarding per project
- Technical requirements checklist
- Coordination through formal handover
Out of Scope
- Producing assets (copy, design, code)
- Marketing or development execution
- Commercial account management
- Product strategy decisions
You Might Be a Fit If
- Disorder frustrates you (4 versions of the same doc) and you fix it with good judgment.
- You've organized Notion/Drive/Jira for teams, or you learn fast and methodically.
- You document thinking about the reader with no context — clarity as a standard.
- You detect disorder before anyone points it out and know how to defend a structure.
- You're comfortable chasing inputs and closing gaps with clients and internal teams.
Honest Signal
You'll be frustrated if you need to see impact in direct revenue/leads metrics, or if you prefer creative or technical execution over behind-the-scenes operations.
