Hercesa teams up with the startup eVoost to sell all its assets through AI

Hercesa, a developer from Guadalajara controlled by the Cercadillo family and active in residential and logistics, has reached an exclusive three-year agreement with the startup eVoost AI to sell its residential developments through artificial intelligence.

The agreement covers projects in Spain and in Hercesa's delegations in Portugal, Bulgaria and Romania, with an overall sales value of €860 million. Hercesa, founded in 1975 by Juan José Cercadillo, has a land portfolio for more than 9,000 units.

EjePrime describes eVoost as a startup of Spanish origin based in Abu Dhabi whose virtual agents use DISC emotional profiles and real-time data. The company operates in Europe, the UAE and the United States and plans to enter new markets in 2026.
