Aliseda brings in eVoost's AI to sell new residential developments worth €1.2 billion

Aliseda and eVoost AI have signed a three-year collaboration agreement to bring artificial intelligence into the sale of new-build homes. The deal covers residential developments worth close to €1,200 million and will extend to all properties listed on Excent, Aliseda's new-build platform.

eVoost's platform will support the whole sales cycle, from analysing local supply and demand before launch to scoring each lead in real time and passing the most promising contacts to the sales team.

The rollout starts with developments in Vigo and Fuerteventura. According to El Español, it is eVoost's first agreement with a real estate servicer, after earlier deals with developers Hercesa and Metrovacesa.
