Aliseda teams up with eVoost to manage and sell €1.2 billion in assets with artificial intelligence
Aliseda, which manages, markets and sells real estate assets, has signed a three-year collaboration with eVoost AI to use its artificial intelligence tools for selling new-build developments. The alliance will automate sales work on an asset volume of close to 1,200 million.
The first projects to adopt the technology include IQONIQ Torre de Cristal in Vigo, plus Origo Mare and Residencial Las Arenas in Fuerteventura. The agreement will extend to every home listed on Excent, Aliseda's new-build sales platform.
Before launch, eVoost's platform studies supply and demand in each location and identifies likely buyers. Its AI agents then talk to prospects by web, voice, WhatsApp and social media, 24/7 and in several languages, to gauge their interest in buying.
