eVoost AI and Hercesa sign an exclusive sales agreement worth €860M

eVoost AI and Hercesa, a family-owned property developer founded in 1975, have signed a three-year exclusive agreement under which eVoost will market Hercesa's developments, which have a total sales value of €860 million.

The deal covers Spain and Hercesa's delegations in Portugal, Bulgaria and Romania. eVoost will integrate its platform into the developer's digital channels while keeping Hercesa's own visual identity. Its AI virtual agents work across websites, WhatsApp, voice and social media, around the clock and in several languages, connected to the developer's CRM and payment systems.

According to the report, eVoost recently closed a seed round led by Qora71, based at Hub71 in Abu Dhabi, and plans to expand into new international markets in 2026.
