Hub71 adds Spain's eVoost to unique AI ecosystem

Hub71, Abu Dhabi's technology ecosystem, has added eVoost, a Spanish company headquartered in Abu Dhabi, to Cohort 17. With 26 new members, it is Hub71's largest cohort so far, picked from more than 2,000 applications from startups in 12 countries.

Earlier in the summer of 2025, eVoost closed a 1.4-million-euro pre-seed round led by Qora71, Hub71's venture capital arm.

ICEX describes eVoost as an AI real estate platform that uses predictive analytics and marketing automation to guide off-plan development decisions, from planning to pricing. It also runs a multilingual AI agent around the clock that prepares personalised virtual tours for prospective buyers.
