Abu Dhabi-based proptech company eVoost AI enters Romanian market

eVoost AI has expanded into Romania, its sixth market after Spain, Portugal, the UAE, the United States and Georgia. Its first local partner is Hercesa Romania, which will use the eVoost AI platform for residential sales, as Hercesa already does in Spain and Portugal.

The company says the move follows months of preparation, including meetings with local developers, integration with Romanian data sources and a local team.

Hercesa Romania has delivered more than 1,200 apartments in Bucharest and has more than 600 homes under construction across three projects: Stellaris Residencias, Vivenda Prime and the final phase of Vivenda Residencias.
